We are always looking for new sites with a size of 150 – 500 acres. We are a very successful solar farm project development company and have turned 100% of our projects from a green/brown field site into a solar farm.

Depending on the length of the cable route, we offer a very competitive lease price.

The minimum length of a lease contract is 30 years plus a 10 year option for extension of the lease.

Our investors always offer a decommissioning bond to ensure that the solar farm will be dismantled at the end of its life time.

Another important advantage is that you negotiate directly with the owner of the company and not with second line managers. This safe time and guarantees an efficient process.
